In order to take benefit of the ActaMaps service without contract, we use credits. ActaMaps credits can be purchased directly in the application at € 3.00 (excl. VAT) / credit. Upon valid registration you receive 5 trial credits (= 5 enquiries) for free. New credits are immediately available after purchase (after processing of the online payment) available in the application.
No. ActaMaps works with credits and you only pay for succesful enquries. Registration is also completely free of charge and no additional monthly costs are charged. The first 5 credits are completely free.
It's possible that an enquiry cannot be processed with succes due to the unavailablility of some coupled services. If the services remain unavailable after 24 hours, the credit that was deducted will be refunded using the cashback principle. We will of course inform you of this. Credits are only charged for succesfull enquiries.
